I’ve been fortunate enough to have been Matt’s manager in several roles for the past 5 years. I would highly recommend Matt for anyone looking for a reliable, self-motivated, detailed and solutions focused visual creative and designer.

In addition to his design layout skills, Matt’s strong leadership, collaboration and organisational skillset enabled him to take on a broader role as our Visual Producer for the past two years. In this role Matt managed Intrepid Travel’s visual database, including all website imagery on intrepidtravel.com and peregrineadventures.com. His key function in this role was to ensure Intrepid’s creative and marketing teams in over 20 offices around the world, were adhering to visual policies and quality standards. Matt managed Intrepid’s DAM - A global resource platform containing over 40,000 digital assets including images, branding, product maps, videos and marketing assets. Matt managed all aspects of the account, large user database, quality assurance, user policies, along with the constant refreshing of all assets to ensure the highest standards were upheld.

In addition to this, Matt briefed photographer travel assignments and produced several international location shoots. Matt is an absolute team player and positive culture champ. We’re incredibly sorry to have lost him from the Intrepid team for now, I can’t recommend him highly enough to any employer who values employees that go above and beyond their role definition to constantly look for improvements in process and outcomes.

Working with Matt over the years has been a pleasure. He is super-smart, proactive, reliable, and above all, solutions-focused. He has made light work of complex brand asset management across multiple platforms and multiple global regions.
